Studio Art classes starting May 15th. We are offering three distinctively unique art classes to appeal to as broad range of interested artists. From established to beginner, these classes will benefit everyone involved.
Creative Minds Open studio
6 classes, $135.00 for all / $25.00 per class
Thursday evenings from 7:00pm - 9:00pm / May 15th - June 19th
Get out of your studio and come and join us at Fine Line Gallery in May for a night of fun, creativity and artistic growth. Bring a friend, a date or just come to meet other artists. The class is open to any media and style of art.
Intro to Still Life Painting Open Studio
6 classes, $135.00 for all / $25.00 per class
Saturday mornings from 9:00am - 11:00am / May 17th - June 21st
This is a basic painting techniques class. This class is great for beginner to intermediate oil or acrylic painters. Using still life set- ups provided by the instructor, students will learn basic painting fundamentals.
Landscape/Cityscape Painting Open Studio
6 classes, $135.00 for all / $25.00 per class
Thursday evenings from 7:00pm - 9:00pm / June 26th - July 31st
This landscape painting class is perfect for beginner, intermediate to advanced oil and acrylic painters. Turn your favorite landscape or cityscape photograph into a masterpiece.
About the Instructor:
Halima Washington earned her B.A in Visual Arts and Art History from Occidental College in Los Angeles and her M.F.A in Fine Art (drawing and painting) from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She has taught fine art to all ages in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Now living in Suwanee, GA she continues to teach at the Art School in Sandy Springs and the Art School at Binders. Halima currently exhibits at Fine Line Gallery in Grant Park and Anne Irwin Fine Art in Buckhead.
